Bio:

Mei grew up in a middle class family in Fukuoka, she has two older sisters; one working outside the country as an editor and one who works in Osaka as a manager. They both help her pay up her tuition fees in college since their parents are both retired and are dependent only on the small grocery store the family owns. Even though her parents have raised her and her sister's fairly well, life was hard for the couple due to the fact that they both didn't go to college and started working right after high school; that's why this time they wanted their children to graduate and get a degree in hopes that it will help them with their lives.

Since the family wasn't rich, Mei got used to helping around with the chores at home at an early age and realized that the family didn't have that much. The family had experienced being kicked out of their apartment twice since they couldn't pay rent and had to spend one night sleeping outside in the cold. In order to help around with the expenses, she and her sisters spends their summer vacation taking odd jobs.

Due to her aggressive and tactless nature, a lot of girls hated her in high school and the boys just avoided her. She really didn't have anyone she could call 'friend' back then, not that she badly needed one. Mei avoided being too dependent on others and has constantly high marks in school and had been top in class.

She didn't like the idea of going to college. She was earning a lot more than most of her peers and was confident enough to get a decent job with her grades and past job experiences, so she clearly didn't need college, right? She didn't want to go all over the whole process of meeting people again and dealing with classmates and homework and teachers, but most of all she thinks college is a waste of time and money; but since she loves her parents and wants to fulfill their dream of having all their children finish college, she gives the college exams a shot.

Stepping into the premises of Kamenoko university, she starts to head on to the news boards to check if she had passed the exams...
'Hopefully not.' she whispers as she scans for her name unwillingly on the lists.

Dislikes: Shrimp (allergic to it), Low grades, being called 'short', freakin' tall people (people above 6 feet), rude customers (has learned to control her temper when dealing with them tho)
